Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $100 or more.  A flat rate of $7 is charged on all domestic orders under $100.  

We ship directly to most International countries.  Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Import taxes, duties, and VAT will be calculated at checkout and prepaid.

Canadian recipients have the option to pay a flat rate shipping fee and are responsible for any Duties, Taxes, and VAT.

Apothia orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: MondayFriday (excluding weekends and major holidays).  All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).   

All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country. 

Samples are not eligible for return or exchange. If your samples are received broken, please reach out to customerservice@apothia.com with a photo to facilitate next steps.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be sent back unopened and in their original condition.  Sale discounts are final sale. Return label cost will be deducted from refund. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided. All samples are final sale. 

Discount codes cannot be combined. Some bundles are not eligible for further discounts.
