Orders + Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $100 or more. A flat rate of $7 is charged on all domestic orders under $100.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders received Monday-Friday, before 2:00 pm, will normally ship the same day while orders received after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Standard ground shipping takes 2-8 business days for delivery depending on your location.

If you require faster delivery, please select 2 Day Shipping for $25 or Overnight Shipping for $44.95.

Package lost or stuck in transit?

Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over it's delivery. Unfortunately, there are times when packages get stuck or lost in transit. If you're tracking does not update for 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@apothia.com.

My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it?

There are times that the tracking status is updated incorrectly and the package turns up a day or so later than the stated delivery. We ask that you wait 3 business days after it shows delivered. Please check around your mailbox and with neighbors if it was delivered incorrectly. However, we do understand that mistakes happen. If you still can't locate the package, please email us at customerservice@apothia.com with the following information:

Discount codes

All discount codes must be entered at checkout before the order has been placed. We are not able to apply discount codes after the order has been placed.

Kindly note only one discount can be used at a time and some products such as i.e. Discounted Bundles, Final Sale items, Subscription items.

Can I receive a price match on a recent promotion that I missed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes at this time

Returns

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be sent back unopened and in their original condition. Sale discounted items are final sale. If a return label is requested, the label cost will be deducted from refund. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once approved, we will process your refund. Reimbursement of funds will be distributed back to the original form of payment.

How do I initiate a return?

Check out our returns portal HERE. Please have have your order number and zip code ready.

Our full satisfaction promise

All orders of a full-size fragrance include a complimentary sample of the scent being purchased. Try the sample before opening the full size product. If you don't love it, return the un-opened product for a refund.

Damaged or defective product

During transit, some factors are out of our control and damages happen. If you received a damage or defective product, please notify us at customerservice@apothia.com. Images with proof of damage are required to support your inquiry.

Are your products Phthalate and Paraben free?

Yes! All of our products are Phthalate and Paraben free.

Products are automatically renewed on your schedule at a 15% discount. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

Why can't I apply a discount code to my subscription order

We are unable to add promo codes to new or existing subscription orders due to the discount already applied to the subscription.
